As soon as I heard of Nabari no Ou I got immediately interested in it and Kouichi was the character who caught my attention the most. He seems a plain intelligent guy with glasses, but he honestly rocks. I found his "secret" so intriguing and I wasn't really surprised at all once I discovered the truth behind his own existence, a painful trust, indeed. Although I am still behind with the manga, the anime version did an awesome job in revealing his past, his porpouse and even his goal. He calls himself a "monster" and he doesn't want anyone to repeat the same mistake by creating someone like him. I think he's a very emotional character, despite his occasional rutheless.

I was quite shocked to see that Kouichi hadn't a fanlisting yet, so I immediately applied for him as soon as I realizes it. Nindou is the name of the ninja concept and I think it describes well the real memaning of his own life.
