Sheryl is a real surprise. I was really interested in Macross Frontier as soon as I heard about it in the late 2007. I have always been a fan of the Macross serie and I confess that Frontier has even surpassed my most optimistic expectations. Miss Sheryl nome is some fresh air as well. I'm really amazed by her personality, since she is pretty unique: a strong person under all the points of view. She has this great strenght which is by all means related to her personality. Sheryl fights her own battle withouth looking back: she always looks firmly in front of her and although she can fell fear for her uncertain destiny she is ready to pull herself together and face her rivals (such as Ranka), not only battling on the same level but never taking advantages of the different situation. I love the fact that she seems to think so high of herself, although she clearly sees everyone strong points and underlines them with convinction (again she is the one who believes in Ranka's singing skills). And how cant' you be completely fascinate by her charm?

I applied for Sheryl as soon as I could, since I was completely amazed by her after 2 or 3 episode since the airing of Macross Frontier and I danced with joy when I received the approval! Diamond is a suitable name for Sheryl, since she really sparks like a precious stone, and she is transparent, like glass.
